PWG Talent Network
Our global ecosystem of trusted experts, operators, and technology partners.
Ready to bring your project to life.
The people who build the future with us
Longevity hospitality is a multidisciplinary field and no single team can deliver it alone.
We work with a curated network of independent specialists; hospitality operators, clinical practitioners, health-tech experts, technology providers and project leads who help us deliver world-class longevity experiences.
As PWG grows, we’re building tailored teams for each project. If you’d like to be considered for upcoming opportunities, you can join our Talent Network. We review applications on a rolling basis and reach out when there’s a strong fit.
If you’re exceptional at what you do and committed to science, safety, and human-centered care, we want to meet you.
Who we’re looking for
Our network includes contractors, consultants, and technology partners across the full spectrum of longevity hospitality:
1. Clinical and medical backbone
For properties that want credible diagnostics, interventions, and medical oversight.
Longevity Physicians / Preventive Medicine Doctors
To act as part-time or fractional medical leads for programs, supervise protocols, and ensure clinical safety.
Sports & Exercise Medicine Doctors
To design and oversee performance and recovery tracks (strength, mobility, cardio, injury prevention).
Nurses & Clinical Technicians
Experienced in IV therapy, blood draws, basic diagnostics, and guest-facing medical procedures in non-hospital settings.
Registered Dietitians / Clinical Nutritionists
With experience in metabolic health, weight management, and performance nutrition who can work closely with F&B and chefs.
Clinical Operations Consultants
People who know how to run a small clinic, longevity lounge, or diagnostics unit inside a hotel and can set up safe, compliant workflows.
2. Guest-facing practitioners & coaches
The people guests actually meet, train with, and talk to every day.
Exercise Physiologists & Strength Coaches
Able to deliver structured assessment → training → progression plans, not just “PT sessions by the pool”.
Breathwork, Mindfulness, Sleep & Stress Specialists
With evidence-based methods who can run sessions, group and/or 1:1 consults.
Health & Behavior Change Coaches
Skilled in accountability, habit design, and translating protocols into daily life. Coaching or psychology training.
3. Program operations, training and quality
Once a concept is designed, it needs structure, training, and quality control to work in the real world.
Longevity / Wellness Program Managers
People who have run a spa, clinic, or wellness facility and can own the day-to-day of a longevity program on-site.
Protocol Trainers & Educators
To train hotel staff and practitioners on our evidence-based protocols, guest communication, and safety standards.
F&B Integration Consultants (Health-Focused)
Chefs or nutrition-focused consultants who can help design menus, snacks, and beverage offerings aligned with longevity principles.
4. Technology, diagnostics and therapeutics partners
We curate technology providers who can safely plug into hospitality environments as part of a larger program.
Diagnostics & Biomarker Providers
Blood, saliva, stool, wearables, and point-of-care testing with validated methods and clear reporting for non-medical guests.
Recovery & Performance Technologies
(e.g. light therapy, neuromuscular training, heat/cold, smart strength, metabolic testing) with solid evidence and realistic operating requirements.
Digital Health & Coaching Platforms
Apps and tools that support behavior change, follow-up, and remote continuity after a guest leaves the property.
Implementation-Focused Vendor Teams
Providers who not only sell devices, but can also support installation, staff training, and ongoing maintenance in a hotel setting.
5. You?
Don’t fit neatly into any of the previous boxes, but feel called to what we’re building?
If you see a role for yourself in the future of longevity in hospitality; as a collaborator, partner, or something we haven’t thought of yet, we’d still love to hear from you.
How our Talent Network works
Most engagements are:
Project-based or fractional (e.g. concept phase, launch phase, or ongoing part-time support)
On-site activations for specific properties, often combined with remote follow-up
Training & certification-style engagements where you help us upskill in-house teams
If you see yourself in any of the profiles above and you care about evidence, ethics, and guest experience in equal measure, we’d love to hear from you!
